We have a pipe that burst due to freezing,it has been capped off. The pipe is now missing the water shut off valve. We need this repaired and a water heater installed. This pipe was the original pipe going into a water heater prior to bursting. We would like to request a FREE estimate and work must be done by a licensed plumber.
